Pelargonium hispidum is a upright slightly woody shrub that grows to about 200 cm (78 inches) in height, the leaves are greyish green and covered in short hairs similar to a maple leaf in form and small light to dark pink flowers that resemble a small figure.
This plant is native to the Western Cape on mountain slopes, valleys close to streams and forests which has Summer & Winter rainfall with light frost.

It has balsam-scented palm-shaped leaves which are covered in short hairs, resembling a maple leaf. P. hispidum is an upright branching shrub which grows to about 200 cm/78 inches in height and prefers sandy soil & organic matter (PH sandy/loam) in full sun & part shade. It is ideal for large pots, as a large garden shrub in a sheltered position, at the back of a flower bed, or fragrant gardens and gardens with water features.
